기대작 '콜오브듀티: 모던워페어2'가 11월초, 북미와 동시에 국내 출시된다. 참고로, 북미지역은 11월 10일 출시된다.
'콜오브듀티: 모던워페어2'의 국내버전은 영문판이다. WBA인터랙티브는 이를 보완하기위해 게임 내 대사와 공략을 담은 책자를 게임과 함께 제공한다.
최신작은 싱글 플레이 캠페인과 독립된 줄거리를 가진 2인 온라인 또는 분할화면 협동 플레이를 지원하는 완전히 새로운 게임 플레이 모드인 Special Ops(특수작전) 모드를 지원한다. 타임 트라이얼 및 목표 기반의 임무를 제공 받거나 플레이어의 계급이 올라가면 더욱 어려운 새 특수작전 임무가 해제되기도 한다. 최신작은 팬들이 좋아했던 장면과 싱글 플레이 캠페인의 하이라이트 부분이 임무로 등장하며 완전히 새로운 임무도 플레이 할 수 있다.
